Daniela Ramirez
Daniela spent nine years in cybersecurity, where she built her career on untangling complex problems and keeping clients confident under pressure. But the water was always home. She grew up around the marine industry, and moving into yacht services felt less like a career change and more like a return.
Today she brings that same precision to every request, paired with a genuine passion for hospitality. For owners, captains, and crew, she’s the steady point of contact who anticipates what’s needed, responds quickly, and makes the details disappear.

Mark Payne
Mark has spent more than 15 years in the maritime industry, and his path there started with an Aerospace Engineering degree and service as a U.S. Naval Officer. That mix of engineering discipline and military leadership shapes how he works: methodical, calm under pressure, and focused on getting the right fix done properly.
He knows vessels from the inside out, with deep expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Years of dry-dock experience have given him a clear view of what repairs, maintenance, and refits demand, and what they cost when they go wrong. Today he brings that hands-on knowledge to every job, delivering practical solutions without cutting corners.
